Also, it is well known that drinking too much alcohol can cause attacks, usually during hangovers, because the withdrawal symptoms cant start an attack.

It should also be noted that there are medical disorders that can commonly trigger panic attacks. For example, physical disorders like vitamin B deficiency because of poor diet can lead to anxiety, which in turn can triigger attacks. Also, psychological disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder are well known to contribute to panic attacks. Disorders, such as schizophrenia, depression, and agoraphobia are also common attack triggers.
